Returns Policy - Doggytech
At Doggytech, we want you and your dog to be happy with every order. And if something doesn't fit, no worries: our returns are easy, fast, and totally free. We take care of everything so you just have to let us know.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Spanish Law)
As established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (arts. 102–108), you have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to return any product, except for the cases listed in article 103 of that same law.
How does it work at Doggytech?
Although the law allows shipping costs to be borne by the customer, we do it for free. We organize the pickup at your home at no cost, with no labels, and no travel needed.
Conditions:
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions (Art. 103 of RDL 1/2007):
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the law does not allow the return of:
- 🥣 Food products or opened snacks.
- 🧼 Hygiene products (shampoos, wipes, etc.) that have been unsealed.
- 📏 Personalized or made-to-measure items.
2. Defective Product or Shipping Issue
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or isn't what you ordered, you are covered by the guarantee and conformity regulations (arts. 114 and following of RDL 1/2007).
To give you the best solution, we distinguish two cases:
A) Visible transport damage
If the box arrives battered or the product broken due to the trip, we need you to notify us quickly to manage the insurance with the courier.
- Recommended deadline: Notify us within the 48 hours following receipt.
- Solution: Immediate and free pickup and replacement.
B) Manufacturing Defect (Legal Warranty)
If the product presents a factory or functional fault, we will apply the current legal warranty (RDL1/2007).
- Deadline: You have the full legal period to notify the lack of conformity.
- Solution: Once verified, we will proceed with the repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
Note: For damaged food or hygiene products, returns are accepted even if they are open.
3. Size or Color Exchange (Commercial Policy)
If you got the wrong size or the color doesn't convince you when you see it on:
- The return is also totally free.
- We send the carrier to your home for the exchange.
- We refund you when it arrives in good condition or send you the correct size.
4. How to request a return?
Choose the most comfortable way for you:

- 🖱️ Press the “Return” button from your account on our website.
- 📝 Use our contact form.
5. Refunds
When we receive the product and confirm strictly correct (complying with arts. 107-108), we will issue the refund.
- The money will be returned using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
- Your bank may take between 10 and 20 days to reflect it in your account (usual banking times).
